Wave Planner

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and release daily order waves within the warehouse management system
• Optimize picking, packing, and shipping operations to ensure efficient workflow
• Ensure timely order processing and alignment with operational priorities
• Analyze workflow and suggest improvements to warehouse processes

Requirements

• Approximately 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain
• Basic experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), preferably Manhattan Scale
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
• Understanding of warehouse processes including picking, packing, and shipping
• Familiarity with inventory control and order management
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
