Water/Wastewater Treatment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Gather data and support technical analysis for municipal infrastructure projects
• Perform design calculations and assist in report development
• Prepare design plans for construction
• Participate in field visits and construction observations
• Revise reports, plans, and visual materials based on supervisor feedback
• Support projects involving public water and wastewater infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• EIT certification required within 1 year
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to balance multiple responsibilities in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed EIT certification
• Internship or co-op experience in engineering or public works
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or Civil 3D
• Experience with PDF editing tools
