Water/Wastewater Practice Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction of the Water/Wastewater Practice by leading the production team and providing resource management
• Coordinate and oversee resource scheduling to ensure workload and deadlines are effectively managed
• Develop proposals and contracts that ensure adequate scope, profitability, and viable project schedules
• Identify and promote new business opportunities and cross-sell firm services to current and prospective clients
• Develop short-term and long-term strategic market sector plans for the Water/Wastewater practice area
• Represent McAdams at regional and national industry events and professional organizations as a thought leader

Requirements

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in engineering
• 10+ years of related experience or training
• Technical expertise in civil engineering applied to Water/Wastewater projects
• Proven ability to manage budgets, profit, and revenue expectations
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage key client relationships independently
• Existing community relationships valuable to Water/Wastewater practice development
