Water/Wastewater Engineering Leader

Responsibilities

• Provide daily management and leadership for the Nebraska Water/Wastewater group
• Manage staff dynamics, set project priorities, and establish group objectives
• Maintain responsibility for assigned projects including scope, schedule, budget, and quality control
• Monitor project performance, employee utilization, and workload to maximize efficiency
• Oversee project management and technical execution within the group
• Encourage professional development through goal setting and consistent feedback
• Ensure high levels of client service through direct engagement and relationship management
• Participate in business development efforts, including proposals and client strategy
• Adhere to regulations and enforce safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the consulting industry
• At least 4 years of experience supervising others
• Established background in the water/wastewater industry
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
