Waterproofing Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Organize, manage, and monitor construction sites daily
• Manage teams and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules
• Prepare site layouts, signaling, and markings
• Control support conformity, quality, and dimensions
• Provide technical assistance to teams and participate in execution
• Manage material deliveries, storage zones, and site stock
• Coordinate team work, set daily/weekly objectives, and report progress to supervisors
• Ensure safety inductions and PPE compliance for all team members
• Oversee site cleaning and equipment dismantling/removal

Requirements

• Ability to read plans and execution details
• Proven team management skills
• Mastery of waterproofing techniques, tools, and professional standards (DTU)
• Ability to organize sites and anticipate material needs
• Knowledge of different support types and their properties
• Strong commitment to safety regulations and teamwork
