Waterproofing Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems for design and oversight
• Manage repair and re-construction projects for apartments, condominiums, commercial, and government buildings
• Support litigation efforts through mediation, deposition, arbitration, and trial with a focus on plaintiff support
• Utilize local networks of attorneys and insurance adjusters to develop new business opportunities

Requirements

• Technical degree (Bachelor's or higher) in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related discipline
• Expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems
• Experience in repair, re-construction, design, and project management for residential and commercial buildings

Preferred Qualifications

• PE or RA license
