Waterproofing and Cladding Worker

Responsibilities

• Prepare worksites and install safety equipment
• Verify and clean substrates before installation
• Install waterproofing systems including steel decking, vapor barriers, and thermal insulation
• Treat singular points and complete finishes such as cover strips and skylights
• Plan façade layout and install cladding and insulation
• Complete finishes and openings for building envelopes
• Clean and close out worksites after completion

Requirements

• Preparing for or enrolled in a CAP/BEP in civil engineering or building envelope
• Rigorous and reliable with strong attention to detail
• Enjoys working on-site and contributing to team dynamics
• Good work capacity and proactive attitude
