Responsibilities

Waterproofer (Etancheur):

• Prepare construction sites and install safety measures
• Verify and clean supports
• Install waterproofing systems (steel sheeting, vapor barriers, thermal insulation)
• Treat singular points and perform finishing work

Cladder (Bardeur):

• Prepare construction sites and install safety measures
• Verify and clean supports
• Perform facade layout (calepinage)
• Install cladding and insulation
• Complete finishing work and openings
• Clean and pack up the site

Requirements

• Proven experience as a waterproofer or cladder
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and specifications
• Valid driver's license
• Working at heights certification
• CAP Serrurier Métallier or 2 years of experience in facades (for cladders)
• Precision and attention to detail
• Ability to work both autonomously and in a team
