Water Treatment Technician Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Participate in the production and distribution of drinking water, understanding the full treatment and resource availability chain.
• Contribute to the collection and treatment of wastewater to support environmental protection and operational performance.
• Assist in the operation of water treatment plants utilizing technologies such as ultrafiltration (UF) and remineralization.
• Support the functioning of wastewater treatment plants (STEP) using various biological and technical processes.
• Perform field interventions in a dynamic mountain environment (including Les Menuires and Val Thorens), which may require travel via skis or snowshoes depending on conditions.

Requirements

• Holder of a Baccalauréat or a higher-level diploma.
• Valid Driver's License (Permis B) is mandatory due to required travel.
• Strong motivation and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Rigorous, organized, and punctual with a strong sense of initiative.
• Commitment to following strict safety rules and maintaining professional standards.
