Water Treatment Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Estimate, prepare, and supervise water treatment projects
• Plan and organize operations, including human, material, and technical resources
• Lead, mobilize, and develop field teams
• Ensure work quality, adherence to deadlines, and budget management
• Maintain strong client relationships and assist with commercial offers
• Enforce health and safety (SST) requirements and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Diploma in water treatment
• At least 3 years of experience in operations or team management
• Strong knowledge of SST (Health and Safety) and industry regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Fluency in French and functional English for client communications
• Ability to travel to client sites and business locations
• Legally authorized to work and reside in Canada
