Water Treatment Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical failures using electrotechnical and mechanical skills
• Manage proactive interventions and optimize planning through expert use of GMAO software
• Implement continuous improvement solutions and technical innovations for water treatment installations
• Coordinate and supervise external service providers and interventions
• Analyze and report on KPIs to communicate performance to stakeholders
• Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures within a SEVESO environment
• Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately 12 weeks per year)

Requirements

• Bac Pro with 10 years of experience, or Bac+2/Bac+3 with 5 years of experience
• Strong expertise in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or electrotechnics
• Proficiency with maintenance management software (GMAO)
• Proven experience working in a SEVESO safety environment
• Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate natural leadership
• Availability for on-call shifts and flexible working hours
