About the role
Responsibilities
- Routinely visit assigned accounts to perform water treatment analysis and inspect equipment
- Inspect customer systems according to contractual requirements and build relationships with plant operators
- Escalate treatment program problems and out-of-spec results to supervisors for resolution
- Calibrate pumps, perform repairs to restore chemical feeds, and monitor product feed rates
- Enter results into software programs and communicate findings via service reports
- Assist in water-related system improvement projects and monitor product inventories
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including the use of required PPE
Requirements
- High School diploma required
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 60 pounds and maneuver heavy equipment using proper lifting strategies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Knowledge of chemistry (high school or college level)
- Experience with chemical and hydrocarbon processing
