Responsibilities

• Lead the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of soft Water, purified water and Injection, and Pure Steam systems
• Manage preventive, predictive, and risk-based maintenance programs, including planning and spare parts management
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO, HSE, and quality standards through accurate documentation and audit support
• Lead water system expansion, upgrade, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Supervise, coach, and develop the Water station team to foster technical excellence
• Ensure spare parts and consumable parts availability based on lead delivery times

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical or a related engineering discipline
• 7–9 years of experience in engineering Clean utilities or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of water systems, cGMP, ISO, and HSE requirements
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
