Water Spider-Material Handler III

Responsibilities

• Optimize material flow by creating systematic Just-In-Time (JIT) routes and timelines
• Manage material scanning processes to ensure inventory accuracy at the point of use
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and bills of materials to identify required parts and tools
• Execute assembly tasks using hand/power tools and precision measuring instruments
• Collaborate across teams to clear production hurdles and maintain workflow
• Support Lean initiatives and participate in continuous improvement events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while adhering to all PPE and safety protocols

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to perform constant walking, frequent standing, and reaching
