Responsibilities

  • Take and understand information regarding new projects from inception to completion
  • Manage pricing, estimating, and tendering for new work
  • Coordinate with Account Partners and Operations Managers to ensure scheduling meets risk factors and operational assurance
  • Provide reports and analysis on performance trends to drive continuous improvement
  • Utilize financial awareness to prioritize work and manage budgets in collaboration with finance business partners
  • Manage multiple programs of work simultaneously
  • Provide operational support and work closely with the technical manager

Requirements

  • Fully qualified in an FM related trade (Mechanical, Electrical, or Carpentry)
  • Experience in a similar position within facilities management
  • Strong financial acumen and budget control awareness
  • Strong understanding of FM related compliance and procedures
  • Good knowledge of risk management
  • Proficient IT skills
