Responsibilities
- Take and understand information regarding new projects from inception to completion
- Manage pricing, estimating, and tendering for new work
- Coordinate with Account Partners and Operations Managers to ensure scheduling meets risk factors and operational assurance
- Provide reports and analysis on performance trends to drive continuous improvement
- Utilize financial awareness to prioritize work and manage budgets in collaboration with finance business partners
- Manage multiple programs of work simultaneously
- Provide operational support and work closely with the technical manager
Requirements
- Fully qualified in an FM related trade (Mechanical, Electrical, or Carpentry)
- Experience in a similar position within facilities management
- Strong financial acumen and budget control awareness
- Strong understanding of FM related compliance and procedures
- Good knowledge of risk management
- Proficient IT skills
