Water and Sanitation Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and animate Team Leaders and the entire local service
• Optimize organization, resources, and facility operations
• Enforce safety policies and promote safety actions
• Maintain good relations with state services and local authorities
• Ensure strict compliance with contractual commitments
• Develop and manage daily commercial and contractual relationships with clients
• Monitor budgets and technical action plans
• Participate in bidding, renewals, and investment costing
• Analyze facility performance and reporting
• Participate in the management of the Drôme Ardèche territory

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Water Management
• Significant experience in team management
• Deep knowledge of water industries (drinking water and sanitation)
• Strong interpersonal and management skills
• Analytical mindset and decision-making ability
• Autonomy and rigor
• Strong writing skills
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
