Water and Sanitation Network Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and renewals of drinking water and sanitation networks, including pipe laying, excavation, and connections.
• Execute customer interventions such as meter replacements and the installation of remote reading devices.
• Conduct field surveys, measurements, and quotes for billable works.
• Participate in the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of drinking water treatment plants.
• Perform preventive and curative maintenance on the collective sanitation network, including cleaning and monitoring lifting stations.
• Use digital tools and tablets to complete daily intervention reports and update Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
• Participate in the on-call rotation (one week every 4 to 5 weeks).

Requirements

• CAP, BEP, BAC PRO, or BAC+2/3 degree (e.g., BTS Métiers de l’eau) or at least 2 years of successful experience in a similar role.
• Valid driving license (Permis B).
• Ability to use a tablet and digital reporting tools.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the Les Belleville area to participate in the on-call rotation.
• Strong sense of organization, teamwork, and adaptability to varied environments.
