Watchman Therapy Awareness Representative

Responsibilities

• Grow therapy awareness by educating referring physicians and staff, identifying patient pathways, and developing pull-through strategies.
• Develop programmatic solutions to improve operational efficiencies, increase capacity, and enhance the patient funnel.
• Build strong relationships with referring providers, implanting physicians, clinical coordinators, and hospital staff.
• Execute strategic therapy awareness plans aligned with Watchman business objectives and regional goals.
• Serve as a disease state expert, delivering education on atrial fibrillation, LAAC, and the anticoagulation market.
• Deliver impactful customer engagements through office visits, educational events, and trade show participation.
• Analyze territory performance and prepare reports and projections to inform sales management strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales, sales management, and/or clinical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the cardiovascular, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, concise messaging.
• Proven track record of driving results as a collaborative team player.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments with high expectations.
• History of building and maintaining strong customer relationships across complex organizations.
