About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform servicing, repairs, and maintenance on timepieces to Bremont specifications
- Use state-of-the-art tools and equipment within a fully equipped workshop
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets brand standards
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all services performed
- Deliver quick repair solutions including strap and bracelet services
- Perform complete services on hand-wound mechanicals, simple automatics, chronographs, and small complications
- Represent the company at events offering expert technical insight
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of bench experience
- Proven experience working on luxury timepieces
- Strong understanding of horological principles and techniques
- Meticulous attention to detail and dexterity
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
Preferred Qualifications
- WOSTEP or similar diploma in watchmaking
