About the role
Responsibilities
- Systematically review DoD datasets to identify and nominate known or suspected terrorists into the National Terrorist Watchlisting system
- Identify, prioritize, and record information from DoD datasets as specified by the Government
- Crosscheck and research intelligence holdings to ensure data completeness and avoid duplicate entries
- Compile, format, and classify information into formal nomination reports
- Meet Terrorist Identity Nomination (TIN) production schedules
- Provide guidance and instruction to less experienced team members assigned to Watchlisting
- Participate in intelligence exchanges, working groups, and analytic meetings in support of the DIA mission
Requirements
- TS/SCI with CIP security clearance
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis or DoD dataset review
Preferred Qualifications
- 4 years of experience related to the specific labor category
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university
- Demonstrated understanding of ODNI ICDs 203, 206, and 208
- Experience producing formal written strategic counterterrorism assessments and briefings
- Ability to use research databases such as the Global Terrorism Database
