About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assemble Shinola watch heads across multiple models, including mechanical and quartz movements
  • Handle and assemble small, delicate components with high accuracy using specialized tools
  • Maintain quality and craftsmanship standards and troubleshoot assembly issues
  • Follow structured production sequences and documented procedures in a clean-room environment
  • Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean, organized workstation
  • Follow all safety procedures and clean-room attire requirements
