Wastewater Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects and contracts to meet financial and commercial requirements
• Deliver services to clients as project opportunities arise
• Ensure engineering contracts are delivered safely, to quality standards, and within programme and cost constraints
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and customer satisfaction
• Drive a proactive safety culture to achieve zero harm targets
• Maintain collaborative relationships with manufacturers and designers
• Manage site teams throughout the installation and commissioning lifecycle
• Maintain project management tools including risk registers, programmes, and inspection plans
• Report on project progress and manage the supply chain including subcontractors and agency labour
• Identify, mitigate, and manage project-associated risks

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in wastewater industry projects (circa £1m value)
• Experience managing multiple multi-disciplined civils and construction sites
• SMSTS qualification
• Relevant industry skills card or qualifications (CSCS, IOSH, or CPCS)
• Knowledge of temporary works, lift operations, deep excavations, and shaft construction
• Knowledge of current CDM regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and MS Project
• Full UK Driving license
