Wastewater Regional Sector Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and grow the multi-disciplinary wastewater business in the Pacific Region.
• Manage key client relationships and target large wastewater programs in California and Hawai’i.
• Serve as a senior project manager, principal-in-charge, or client service lead for a diverse project portfolio.
• Oversee project performance, including cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Mentor and coach developing professionals to support their career growth and technical excellence.
• Recruit and retain top wastewater talent across the region.
• Collaborate with innovation teams to develop solutions for carbon reduction and regulatory challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in science, planning, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in wastewater and biosolids treatment engineering.
• Proven experience in supervisory, management, and fiscal responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional engineering (PE) license in the State of California.
• Master’s Degree in a related field.
• Extensive familiarity with the California wastewater market and regional projects.
