About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead business development and grow the multi-disciplinary wastewater business in the Pacific Region.
- Manage key client relationships and target large wastewater programs in California and Hawai’i.
- Serve as a senior project manager, principal-in-charge, or client service lead for a diverse project portfolio.
- Oversee project performance, including cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Mentor and coach developing professionals to support their career growth and technical excellence.
- Recruit and retain top wastewater talent across the region.
- Collaborate with innovation teams to develop solutions for carbon reduction and regulatory challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in science, planning, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in wastewater and biosolids treatment engineering.
- Proven experience in supervisory, management, and fiscal responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional engineering (PE) license in the State of California.
- Master’s Degree in a related field.
- Extensive familiarity with the California wastewater market and regional projects.
