About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for customers to establish and maintain high levels of satisfaction
- Provide support as part of the dedicated Customer Service team for the South Oxfordshire Council Team
Requirements
- Enthusiastic attitude toward customer service
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in a customer service environment is ideal
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is helpful but not essential
