Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate and monitor the washplant machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct quality checks on washed potatoes to ensure compliance with specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of washing equipment to uphold operational standards
- Document production metrics and maintain accurate records of operations
- Follow health and safety protocols to create a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and address any operational challenges
Requirements
- Ability to work full shifts in a physically demanding role
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Effective spoken English communication skills
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom
- Reliable travel to the Airdrie site
- Availability to work Sundays as part of the shift pattern
