Washing Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and safe operation of washing machines and related production equipment
• Perform machine setups and adjustments to maintain production standards
• Conduct laboratory testing and chemical calculations as required
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and document equipment malfunctions
• Monitor and adhere to technological procedures and safety regulations (BOZP/PO)
• Collaborate with the team to improve production processes and implement new technologies

Requirements

• Technical secondary school education (background in chemistry is an advantage)
• Proven manual dexterity, attention to detail, and conscientiousness
• Fluency in the Czech language (English language skills are a plus)
• Experience with chemical calculations and laboratory testing
• Basic PC skills for documentation and reporting
