Wash Bay Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the ADM trucking wash bay
• Inspect trailer washes to maintain quality standards
• Lead training requirements for the shift's work group
• Monitor confined space entries
• Implement policies, procedures, and guidelines consistently
• Coordinate with dispatch and city management for equipment readiness
• Maintain necessary supplies for washbay operations
• Manage steaming of trailers and containers to correct temperatures
• Operate yard dog to move trailers around the yard

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Availability to work 3rd shift (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
• Ability to climb stairs, bend, kneel, lift, and work with heights
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Ability to work in a variety of physical conditions
