Warranty/Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform field repairs, glass replacements, and operational adjustments on window and door products
• Conduct field evaluations and inspections to identify product deficiencies
• Provide documentation on work performed and technical feedback regarding design issues
• Coordinate with service schedulers for efficient routing and appointment confirmation
• Maintain parts inventory and operate service vehicle safely

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of experience as a service technician for window and door manufacturers
• Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
• Ability to work in all inclement weather conditions
• Ability to work on ladders and scaffolding

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with glass glazing
