Warranty Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality swimming pool repairs within budget and in a timely manner
• Ensure pools are repaired to the highest quality per building codes and municipality requirements
• Communicate timelines, expectations, and completion of repairs with clients
• Work professionally alongside subcontractors and other parties involved in repairs
• Provide internal reporting and projections for inventory
• Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, and local regulations are met
• Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems
• Conduct site inspections as needed
• Read and understand construction documents and plans

Requirements

• Three years of experience in a similar position or comparable industry experience
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
• Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, sit, and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• In-depth understanding of the construction industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable industry experience
• Knowledge of pools
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices
