About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform research on warranty concerns and prepare customized warranty papers
- Review, administer, and submit all warranty claims for approval
- Monitor repair order completion for authorization per warranty requirements
- Manage customer inquiries and requests regarding warranty issues
- Communicate warranty programs and bulletins to aftersales staff
- Ensure compliance with all warranty specifications
- Evaluate databases and complete data entry for claims and filings
- Manage claim submissions and resubmissions
- Prepare documentation for warranty audits as per OEM recommendations
- Manage and upkeep the warranty parts store according to OEM specifications
- Maintain records of customer details and warrantor references
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Experience as a Service Advisor, Warranty Clerk, or technical background in the motor industry
- Experience with DMS (Automate, Evolve, ADP/Kerridge) is an advantage
- Ford experience is preferred
