Warranty Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform research on warranty concerns and prepare customized warranty papers
• Review, administer, and submit all warranty claims for approval
• Monitor repair order completion for authorization per warranty requirements
• Manage customer inquiries and requests regarding warranty issues
• Communicate warranty programs and bulletins to aftersales staff
• Ensure compliance with all warranty specifications
• Evaluate databases and complete data entry for claims and filings
• Manage claim submissions and resubmissions
• Prepare documentation for warranty audits as per OEM recommendations
• Manage and upkeep the warranty parts store according to OEM specifications
• Maintain records of customer details and warrantor references

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Experience as a Service Advisor, Warranty Clerk, or technical background in the motor industry
• Experience with DMS (Automate, Evolve, ADP/Kerridge) is an advantage
• Ford experience is preferred
