Warranty Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the contact person for dealer enquiries
• Support dealers in the warranty claim submission and evaluation processes
• Ensure markets are compliant with manufacturer policies
• Raise awareness of the pre-approval process and liaise with dealer technical support
• Support the parts return process
• Provide support in the execution and handling of warranty audits
• Prepare monthly and extraordinary reports to support market improvements

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge of warranty processing and guidelines
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proactive "Customer First" approach
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Affinity with the automotive industry
