Warranty Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own warranty program execution for One Core and other 3rd-party components integrated into Vertiv solutions
• Define and maintain warranty processes, ownership models, and escalation paths for non-Vertiv products
• Design and implement warranty workflows using Smartsheet to support intake, tracking, and resolution
• Partner with Service, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Technical Support to align processes with operational requirements
• Lead cross-functional cadences to review performance, risks, and corrective actions
• Manage escalated warranty issues involving third-party components to ensure timely resolution
• Define and maintain KPIs related to warranty execution, escalation trends, and cycle time
• Develop dashboards and reports using Smartsheet or Power BI to provide actionable program visibility

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
• 4–8 years of experience in program management, process improvement, or operations
• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency with workflow and reporting tools, specifically Smartsheet
• Experience with dashboards and analytics tools such as Power BI to monitor performance
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into operational actions
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CAPM, PMP, or equivalent program/project management certification
• Experience supporting third-party suppliers, integrations, or multi-vendor environments
