Warranty Guide

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims from initial contact through to final resolution
• Act as a technical resource for end users and bicycle retailers regarding product questions
• Manage phone and email inquiries with a focus on hospitality and support
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives and Territory Managers to ensure cohesive service
• Partner with Product Managers to stay informed on new and changing product specifications
• Utilize databases and online resources to research and resolve consumer inquiries

Requirements

• Experience working in a bicycle retail shop environment
• Strong bicycle mechanic skills and technical knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
• Ability to build and maintain relationships in a relationship-based environment
• A strong sense of urgency and desire to contribute to a high-performing team
