Responsibilities

- Maintain comprehensive warranty records and documentation
- Ensure all claims align with manufacturer policies and guidelines
- Reconcile rejected claims and handle manufacturer queries efficiently
- Utilize Excel to track claim statuses and compile financial reports
- Collaborate closely with workshop technicians and service advisors
Requirements
- University graduate degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in automotive aftersales service operations
- Solid understanding of automotive technical terms and warranty processes
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to commit to a full 3-month contract without leave
