Responsibilities

• Respond to network requests regarding warranties and maintenance contracts based on manufacturer rules
• Identify and redirect requests falling outside the warranty scope to the appropriate services
• Manage the opening, monitoring, and closing of digital files
• Draft approvals in compliance with manufacturer processes and procedures
• Maintain tracking tables to identify complex unresolved questions
• Evaluate and approve replacement vehicle loans for dealers
• Train and ensure the successful onboarding of new collaborators
• Act as the primary point of reference for activity-related inquiries

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in automotive warranty
• Strong knowledge of after-sales activities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Intermediate English level
• Knowledge of the automotive dealership environment is an asset
• Ability to advise, support, and train dealership networks
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail
