About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare, submit, and track warranty claims for equipment vendors and contractors
- Maintain a comprehensive warranty claims register and monitor open claims
- Manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes and coordinate shipments
- Coordinate delivery of replacement parts to regional warehouses
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact for vendors regarding claims
- Prepare regular reports on claim status, aging, and resolution metrics
- Track warranty-related costs and provide data for vendor performance reviews
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in warranty administration or supply chain coordination
- Experience in energy, utilities, industrial equipment, or critical infrastructure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to read and interpret purchase orders and warranty terms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting data centers, power systems, or BESS
- Familiarity with RMA processes and logistics coordination
- Knowledge of supplier contracts and service agreements
- Experience with ERP systems or CMMS platforms
