Warranty Auditor

Responsibilities

• Audit the Retailer network focusing on warranty claim applications and documentation requirements
• Carry out independent warranty audits in line with manufacturer parameters
• Create detailed reports on audit findings including recommended actions
• Explain findings to Dealer staff and management and guide them on best practices
• Analyze KPI data to identify dealer weaknesses and strengths
• Maintain customer relations with local Regions and Dealers
• Manage own workload, expenses, and travel arrangements

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of audit experience
• Background in Client Dealer, Dealer Franchise, or OEM Service/Warranty Management
• General technical understanding of automotive repairs
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word
• Ability to travel a minimum of 5 days per week
• Clean driving record and employment background
• Strong problem-solving and investigative abilities
• Excellent communication and people motivation skills
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience with dealer management systems such as ADP, R&R, or CDK
• Knowledge of warranty support material including recalls, campaigns, and technical service bulletins
• Experience in dealer Service Management within the motor industry
