Responsibilities

  • Analyze after-sales processes of authorized repairers, specifically regarding warranty customer handling, to evaluate compliance with manufacturer standards.
  • Organize and prepare audit missions by collecting necessary information, planning visits, and defining priority control points.
  • Perform dealership audits to verify application of contractual standards, after-sales procedures, and warranty requirements.
  • Identify non-conformities, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Build action plans in collaboration with after-sales managers based on identified non-conformities.
  • Explain observed anomalies to dealers daily, providing concrete and pedagogical recommendations.
  • Present audit results and action plans to management, arguing findings and proposing realistic improvement axes.
  • Complete full activity reporting.
  • Respond to assistance requests from the dealer and agent network (information, support, advice).

Requirements

  • Degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in automotive mechanics, vehicle maintenance, after-sales engineering, quality/audit, or after-sales management.
  • 3 to 5 years minimum experience in automotive after-sales (workshop, reception, warranty, quality).
  • Mastery of after-sales processes: warranty, diagnostics, reception, invoicing, customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of manufacturer tools (DMS, warranty portals, diagnostic tools).
  • Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and formalize non-conformities.
  • Rigor and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently to dealerships (regional or national).
  • Valid driver's license (Permis B) is essential.
