Warranty Auditor

Responsibilities

• Audit the Retailer network to review warranty and service fixed operations
• Conduct independent warranty audits following manufacturer guidelines
• Create detailed reports on audit findings and recommended actions
• Explain findings to dealer staff and management
• Guide dealers on best practices and identify weaknesses through KPI analysis
• Maintain customer relations with local regions and dealers
• Manage own travel arrangements and workload

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in dealer service management
• At least two years of audit experience
• Automotive audit experience or background in OEM service/warranty management
• General technical understanding of vehicle repairs
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word
• Ability to travel a minimum of 5 days per week
• Clean driving record and employment background
• Strong problem-solving and investigative abilities
• Excellent communication and diplomatic skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dealer management systems such as ADP, R&R, or CDK
• Knowledge of warranty support materials including recalls, campaigns, and technical service bulletins
• Industry-related qualification or degree
