About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site dealer warranty audits across the UK
- Analyze dealer historical warranty cost performance
- Perform manual reviews of paid claims and documentation to validate administrative compliance
- Advise dealers on warranty processes and manufacturer policy compliance
- Prepare detailed reports on inaccurate claims and audit risks
- Present closing meeting reports while on-site
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in Warranty and motor industry knowledge
- Or three years of technical/workshop experience with strong Aftersales and Warranty process knowledge
- Extensive knowledge of workshop processes and policy/procedure
- Ability to travel extensively within the UK including overnight stays
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- PC literacy
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of both car and commercial vehicle sectors
- Experience working within high-performance, collaborative peer groups
