Warranty Assessor

Responsibilities

• Assess warranty claims, authorizations, and IDS tickets
• Authorize repairs and handle ticket treatment
• Provide team support and maintain market awareness
• Monitor KPIs and perform reporting
• Interact with and represent the company to customers and network representatives

Requirements

• University degree in engineering, business administration, automotive, finance, or a related technical field
• At least 2 years of experience in an aftersales automotive environment
• Experience in warranty assessment is a plus
• Fluency in German and advanced English
• Strong understanding of automotive parts, diagnosis, and repair
• Expert knowledge of warranty regulations, policies, and systems
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
