Warranty Analyst

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage parts returned by OEM customers according to internal procedures
• Coordinate and perform visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests to identify failure modes
• Prepare technical analysis reports and conclusions regarding defect causes
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Measurement Laboratory, and R&D departments for complex investigations
• Monitor warranty indicators and customer returns
• Participate in technical meetings with OEM customers regarding complaints and returns
• Ensure traceability of investigations and maintain the database for returned parts
• Coordinate return part analysis technicians

Requirements

• Higher technical studies
• Experience in automotive quality, warranty, or defect analysis
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA, and AIAG requirements
• Experience using problem-solving methods (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa)
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and use measurement equipment
• Advanced English language skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP
• Proficiency in MS Office
