Warranty Administrator

Responsibilities

• Process all paperwork for accurate and timely warranty submissions
• Maintain accurate filing systems and review credits
• Review equipment start dates and maintain data accuracy
• Prepare monthly recovery rate reports and report paid claims
• Track recurring equipment failures and prepare repair reports
• Distribute vendor warranty information, service bulletins, and manuals
• Track manufacturer campaigns and recalls
• Perform warranty audits with manufacturers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2–3 years of related experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Smart Sheet, and PowerPoint
• Ability to perform mathematical computations accurately
• Typing speed of 50-60 wpm and 10-key by touch
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods and lift at least 15 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in automotive technology, business administration, or supply chain logistics
• Knowledge of small equipment and construction equipment
• Experience in construction equipment rental or dealership environments
