About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily review of all completed truck repairs and determine warranty coverage
  • Submit warranty claims through manufacturer websites and follow up on status
  • Track and document damaged inventory received from suppliers for reimbursement or credit
  • Review warranty repair orders for accuracy, completion, and legibility
  • Check repair orders against service history to prevent duplicate claims
  • Maintain records of all submitted, rejected, or paid claims
  • Provide daily reports to the service manager regarding claims status
  • Prepare rejected warranty claims for immediate resubmission

Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
