About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform daily review of all completed truck repairs and determine warranty coverage
- Submit warranty claims through manufacturer websites and follow up on status
- Track and document damaged inventory received from suppliers for reimbursement or credit
- Review warranty repair orders for accuracy, completion, and legibility
- Check repair orders against service history to prevent duplicate claims
- Maintain records of all submitted, rejected, or paid claims
- Provide daily reports to the service manager regarding claims status
- Prepare rejected warranty claims for immediate resubmission
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
