Warfighter Integration Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide wargame subject matter expertise to the MDA Chief Architect's Architecture Concept Evaluation office (MDA/CAC)
• Support the development of wargame event requirements, post-wargame analysis, and reporting, including pinnacle out briefs and Commander’s games
• Shape the content of MDA wargame planning and execution events, workshops, and capstone events
• Apply expertise in wargame doctrine and best practices used by the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, Services, and Defense Agencies
• Facilitate external wargame engagement and the creation of future capability development modules
• Plan and conduct effective working group meetings with 50+ attendees to support wargame campaigns
• Present technical missile defense matters to MDA senior leaders and warfighters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
• 7+ years of experience supporting missile defense or related defense programs
• Active Secret security clearance
• Proven experience in wargame development and execution
• Expertise in systems analysis and DoD large-scale project systems engineering
• Ability to develop clear, concise written products and present technical data to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a STEM field
• Experience with Modeling and Simulation (M&S) tools, specifically MDASim or AFSim
• Ability to facilitate large wargame group discussions and perform adjudication tasks
• Refined public speaking and professional technical writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
