Warfighter Integration Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide wargame subject matter expertise to the MDA Chief Architect's Architecture Concept Evaluation office (MDA/CAC)
• Support the development of wargame event requirements, campaign planning, and post-wargame analysis and reporting
• Shape the content of MDA wargame planning, execution events, workshops, and pinnacle events
• Apply expertise in wargame doctrine and best practices used by the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, Services, and Defense Agencies
• Facilitate external wargame engagement and create future capability development modules
• Present technical missile defense matters to MDA senior leaders and warfighters through clear written products and briefings

Requirements

• Master's degree with 12+ years of experience in missile defense or related defense programs, OR a Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of experience
• Active Secret security clearance
• Extensive experience in missile defense or DoD large project systems engineering
• Proven expertise in wargame development, execution, systems analysis, and future capabilities engineering
• Ability to plan and conduct large-scale working group meetings with 50+ attendees

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field
• Experience with Modeling and Simulation (M&S) tools, specifically MDASim or AFSim
• Ability to facilitate large wargame group discussions and perform adjudication tasks
• Strong public speaking skills and experience developing professional reports with embedded graphics
