Warfighter Integration Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide wargame subject matter expertise to the MDA Chief Architect's Architecture Concept Evaluation office (MDA/CAC)
• Support the development of wargame event requirements, campaign planning, and post-wargame analysis and reporting
• Shape the content of MDA wargame planning, execution events, workshops, and pinnacle events
• Apply expertise in wargame doctrine and best practices used by the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, Services, and Defense Agencies
• Facilitate external wargame engagement and the creation of future capability development modules
• Present technical missile defense matters to MDA senior leaders and warfighters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
• 7+ years of experience supporting missile defense or related defense programs
• Active Secret security clearance
• Proven experience in wargame development, execution, and systems analysis
• Experience with DoD large project systems engineering and future capabilities (science and technology)
• Ability to plan and conduct large working group meetings with 50+ attendees
• Strong ability to develop concise written products and present technical data to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a STEM field
• Experience with Modeling and Simulation (M&S) tools, specifically MDASim or AFSim
• Ability to facilitate large wargame group discussions and perform adjudication tasks
• Advanced communication skills in public speaking and professional technical report writing
