Warfighter Integration Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide wargame subject matter expertise to the MDA Chief Architect's Architecture Concept Evaluation office (MDA/CAC)
• Support the development of MDA wargame event requirements, post-wargame analysis, and reporting
• Shape the content of wargame planning and execution events, workshops, and pinnacle events
• Apply expertise in wargame doctrine and best practices used by the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, and Defense Agencies
• Facilitate external wargame engagement and create future capability development modules
• Plan and conduct effective working group meetings with 50+ attendees to support wargame campaigns
• Present technical missile defense matters to MDA senior leaders and warfighters

Requirements

• Master's degree with 12+ years of experience in missile defense or related defense programs, OR a Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of experience
• Active Secret security clearance
• Extensive experience in missile defense or DoD large project systems engineering
• Proven expertise in wargame development, execution, and systems analysis
• Experience in future capabilities engineering (science and technology) for defense-related programs
• Ability to develop clear, concise written products and present technical data to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field
• Experience with Modeling and Simulation (M&S) tools, specifically MDASim or AFSim
• Ability to facilitate large wargame group discussions and perform adjudication tasks
• Refined public speaking and professional technical writing skills with embedded graphics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
