Warehousing & Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end logistics lifecycle for aircraft parts and tooling
• Lead warehouse and inventory operations across multiple storage locations
• Ensure stock accuracy, traceability, and operational readiness
• Oversee global freight flows, including time-critical AOG shipments
• Manage logistics providers, contracts, and transport performance
• Ensure compliance with customs, export control, and dangerous goods regulations
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and lead regulatory audits (EASA/FAA/IATA)
• Manage and develop a team of approximately 20 FTE
• Ensure AOG support outside of standard office hours

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering and/or Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Proven leadership experience in an operational environment
• Strong knowledge of logistics, airworthiness, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with Dangerous Goods and customs regulations
• Proficiency with AMOS or ERP systems
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
