Warehouseman

Responsibilities

• Pull parts and fill orders following KBR Work Standards
• Receive, check in, and issue materials to support daily production
• Manage inventory using the First In First Out (FIFO) method to ensure accuracy and prevent obsolescence
• Maintain accurate document files, records, and weekly cycle counts
• Use Maximo to issue parts to pick tickets and update statuses
• Inspect incoming materials by opening boxes and verifying contents
• Coordinate inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution
• Follow all safety rules and procedures, including the use of required personal safety equipment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including core functions and essential formulas
• Basic PowerPoint skills, such as inserting slides and adding text
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for creating emails, attaching files, and managing appointments
• Ability to obtain forklift certification
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
• Safety-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Maximo software
• Experience operating electric pallet jacks or forklifts
